We provide all our customers unlimited technical support at no extra cost...and the support personnel you talk to are our own, fully trained staff who are as familiar with our products and services as you would expect them to be. We do not outsource our support to third-party call centres.

Telephone support is provided for problems with software installation, connection to the Dial-up Network, for example problems with your username and password, and problems sending and receiving email.
